Sensation Blend is a tall, showy plant with large, 3"-4" white, pink, rose, and crimson flowers. Cosmos are a superb choice for wildflower or naturalized areas, as they are drought tolerant and need very little attention. An excellent butterfly lure and cut flower. 'Sensation' won the 1936 All-America Selections award.

I always buy nothing but Botanical Interest seeds.
Against all advice, I planted my seeds early this year in NE Tennessee. March 1st....and then it got cold again, so I covered them and they grew. Then it snowed. Covered them again and they grew, under the plastic! As you can see, now that its warm, my seedlings are about a foot tall. First to bloom was the Cosmos. More open each day.

Exactly as advertised! These became my confidence-booster flowers. I grew them in a bed that got lots of water, one the got drier, and one that was essentially pea gravel. I planted them the first day of spring (March) and July 4. All did great! They took around 45-60 days to bloom. Zone 7a.
