How do I open Garden Planner?
Sign in to your Epic account using the email connected to your membership, then choose Launch Garden Planner under Quick Access. The full Garden Planner opens in a separate app; the planner in your account dashboard is a separate planning tool.
If you already paid but see a purchase prompt, or your existing plans are missing, contact Customer Support before purchasing again. Tell them which email you used and what happens when you launch the planner.
Where are my discount and welcome gift?
Sign in with your membership email before shopping the Epic store. Your account shows your member benefits and welcome-gift options. If a benefit is missing or a gift redemption fails, Customer Support can check your membership and redemption status.
For questions about using benefits on a different storefront, including Botanical Interests, ask Customer Support to confirm eligibility before ordering.
How do I manage billing or a gifted membership?
Open your account and look for Manage Membership or Membership Details to review your membership. For a gifted membership, start with the activation instructions in your gift email. If the email is missing or activation fails, contact Customer Support.
