For our beloved Raised Beds and smaller items, we're looking at a fulfillment time of about 5-10 business days 

As for our other gardening gear, it might take a tad longer — anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks — as they make their way to you.

As soon as the carrier picks up your order you will get tracking sent to you.

Gardeners know that sometimes, patience is key — and the same goes for tracking your eagerly awaited garden supplies. Every now and then, the shipping crew might take a bit longer to scan your order, or a part of your order might be on a different truck. If your tracking code is still showing in "pending" after a few days, don't worry; just drop us a line by shooting an email at customerservice@epicgardening.com, and we'll get to the root of it.More often than not, these little hiccups sort themselves out within 24-48 hours.
