Q. Am I eligible for free shipping?

If you're gardening with us from within the lower 48 states of the US, we've got some fantastic news: we're sprinkling a little extra joy on most orders over $99 with FREE shipping!

For those orders under $99 (before discounts and after taxes), there's just a small journey fee of $9.99 to get your goodies to you. This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.

And just a tiny seed to plant in your mind: if you're using a discount that dips your pre-tax total under $99, shipping fees will apply. So, make sure your cart has enough goodies to keep that shipping on us! Happy gardening!

The exception is shipping live goods, such as garlic. This requires a special shipping method and shipping charges will incur. You can view these charges on the product page.

Q. Can you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Canada?

At the moment, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. 

Q. When will my order be shipped?

We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve shipping process. While delivery time varies per product, most items (including our Raised Metal Garden Beds) are delivered in approximately 5-10 business days.

For larger items, particularly arbors and trellises from our Plant Support collection, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Q. Can I sign up for shipping updates via SMS?

To get live updates on the shipping status of your order, be sure to include your phone number at checkout. This will sign up for text message (SMS) notifications. You will received SMS updates to confirm your order, when your order is shipped, and when your order is out for delivery.

Q. Can I return my order and get a refund?
