Shipping Policy

Q. Am I eligible for free shipping?

Currently, we offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 to the continental United States (the lower 48 states). This excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada. 

For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada, shipping costs are calculated by location and displayed at checkout (prior to finalizing payment). Our cart will calculate the lowest shipping rate available to you.

Most orders below $99 include a flat-rate $9.99 shipping charge.

The exception is shipping live goods, such as garlic. This requires a special shipping method and shipping charges will incur. You can view these charges on the product page. 

Our current delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days for small items and Raised Metal Garden Beds.

For larger items, particularly arbors and trellises from our Plant Support collection, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Q. Can you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or the United Kingdom?

Yes, we can ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please note that we are unable to offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada at the moment. Free shipping is available on all orders in the United Kingdom.

Q. When will my order be shipped?

We appreciate your patience as we continue to improve shipping process. While delivery time varies per product, most items (including our Raised Metal Garden Beds) are delivered in approximately 5-10 business days.

For larger items, particularly arbors and trellises from our Plant Support collection, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

Q. Can I sign up for shipping updates via SMS?

To get live updates on the shipping status of your order, be sure to include your phone number at checkout. This will sign up for text message (SMS) notifications. You will received SMS updates to confirm your order, when your order is shipped, and when your order is out for delivery.

 

Q. Can I return my order and get a refund?
