Return and Refund Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges for an industry-leading 60 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • "Scratch and Dent" items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unopened and returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line: [Order # Return].
  2. Print prepaid shipping labels that you will receive from our customer service team.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Damage and Other Issues

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect fully for any issues or damage. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item with missing pieces, please contact us at customerservice@epicgardening.com ASAP so we can take care of it for you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your return is approved. If so, you'll be automatically refunded via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s).

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, so keep an eye on your statement for the balance to show up.
