Return and Refund Policy

If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

Damage and Other Issues

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect fully for any issues or damage. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item with missing pieces, please contact us at customerservice@epicgardening.com ASAP so we can take care of it for you.

Returning Birdies Beds

Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your bed(s). If you are not, we'll refund your bed and pay your return shipping for the first 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, our same policy applies, however return shipping is your responsiblity.

Returning Other Products

All of our other products can be refunded, but return shipping is your responsibility.

Please read below for exceptions to this policy, as well as how to proceed with a return, refund, or exchange.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Please note, these are exceptions to our return policy:

  • "Scratch and Dent" items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be unopened and returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line: [Order # Return].
  2. Print prepaid shipping labels that you will receive from our customer service team.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your return is approved. If so, you'll be automatically refunded via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s), less the return shipping.

Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, so keep an eye on your statement for the balance to show up.
