These nasturtiums are huge and lovely. I have them cascading out of the raised beds and not only do the insects love them, I love having loads of edible flowers.

I have had 100 percent germination of the Jewel Blend. I started both direct and indoor seeding. So far, the plants seem to be doing well. I did not get any germination on the Fiesta Blend. It is one of the packages of seeds that I believe is defected. I am trying again though. In fact, it was today, that I seeded some. I'm not sure if it's too late though in my area.

I've grown several varieties of BI nasturtiums, including this blend, in beds and once in pots as shown here. For the most part they were ornamental, but I did add the blooms to a salad once at a festive meal, adding a beautiful edible touch.
