Worked really hard to keep them warm in NE FL this year with the random cold freezes we had - but my pollinators are still growing strong January 27th and I am hoping for a great start to my dream of a pollinator garden.

Love this company and their seeds are amazing. The first time I found them was at Whole Foods. Last summer after using their seeds I had the the flowers I had always wanted. Never have I had the same beautiful pots of flowers when I used plants I bought from a garden shop. This year I ordered directly from the company. I put seeds in pots the last week in April and by the 3rd week in June I had pots full of foliage and flowers. Botanical Interest seeds are wonderful!

Love this flower mix! I’m in zone 9b and seeded in October. Really haven’t done much other than a bit of water to get them established. I will direct seed flowers every fall going forward! You can’t see the hollyhocks in this picture but they are beautiful!

Here is one batch on display. I used a leftover clam shell of spring mix from Whole Foods. No drainage holes. Threw in some soil from E.B. Stone (recipe 420) with additional soil amendments of vermiculite, pumice, perlite, horticulture sand, charcoal, worm castings, humic acids, humus, and orchid bark just to be fancy. I use MaxSea fertilizer once they sprout to encourage rapid growth and MaxBloom when they flower. Happy to have the honey nectar fragrance spread across the terrace.
