Product Details

An eye-engaging combination, these 4"–5" bright beauties have amazing, intense color. The heat-loving, tall plants are great for the back of the flowerbed, and are a sight to behold when planted in mass. Blooms last a very long time on the plant, and in the vase when cut for gorgeous arrangements. Zinnias are edible, but have little flavor. The colorful flowers can make a pretty garnish to salads, desserts, cold drinks, or serving trays. (The flower's central disk, while edible, can be bitter.)

I've been growing these zinnias for 2 summers now - they are a tall variety with large blooms. Perfect for large butterflies to land on - they are attractive to many monarch and swallowtail butterflies in my yard. Their red and orange colors are vibrant and they last a long time.

I’ve been growing these zinnias from seed for quite a few years now. No need to start them indoors! I just wait until after Mother’s Day to start them. They’ve even survived hail storms. My neighbors love them and you can see the tall bright blooms from a distance. I always buy extra for gifts.
