I love this type of salad. I have purchased these seeds from Botanical Interests for years. I especially like how they ship the seeds because it reflects their professionalism and the care they put into their product. Great job!

    Very poor germination

I planted these this fall with a variety of other greens. All the other greens germinated well and I'm harvesting from them, but only a few of the mache germinated, and they sprouted, got a couple leaves, and kind of quit growing. Not sure if there's a trick to mache or what, but I probably won't bother with it again.
