A bit more tolerant of heat than other arugula varieties, Slow Bolt Arugula lives up to its name! Harvest this variety young for microgreens or baby greens or at maturity for full-sized leaves. Its peppery flavor is perfect when blended into salads or added as a sandwich topper.
