Product Details

A bit more tolerant of heat than other arugula varieties, Slow Bolt Arugula lives up to its name! Harvest this variety young for microgreens or baby greens or at maturity for full-sized leaves. Its peppery flavor is perfect when blended into salads or added as a sandwich topper.

    Excellent Germination and Taste

All germinated and produced beautiful plants that taste delicious. I think it is less spicy than some arugula and, for me, that was a plus! Will plant again.
