Texas Zone 9a - Atlantic Gulf Coastal Plains. I absolutely love Botanical Interests and have always had great success with their seeds. I direct sowed half of the apricotta cosmos, and transplanted the other half. Both groups were planted in a 2 year old raised bed, with full sun exposure. Despite healthy vegetative growth, the flowers have failed to thrive and the petals remain shriveled/don’t completely open. Still holding out hope, but a little disappointed due to everything else around thriving.

Grew these along the corners of my bed with bush beans. In zone 9a - sowed in late summer and had blooms in mid October! Just stunning!

What little blooming champs these are. The color is truly breathtaking, the orange and pink almost vibrate where they come together. It was a joy to grow and harvest. My customers loved it. Came back to order more. Thank you for offering such a gorgeous variety. It is much prettier than other apricottas I've seen.

These cosmos are gorgeous! I direct sowed and had great germination. Deadheaded often for continued blooms. Definitely planting these again next year! (zone 8b)
