California Prop 65. EU REACH — 240+ restricted substances. ASTM F963 surface coating safety. SGS heavy metals panel. Everything came back clean. Not "we think it's fine" clean. Documented, third-party verified clean.

Four layers. Not a single coat and a prayer.
Cold-rolled steel base. 55% aluminum / 36% zinc alloy barrier. Primer. Finish coat baked at 240°C. It passed ASTM B117 salt spray testing — the same standard used for industrial outdoor gear. Your garden has weather. We planned for it.

The steel is actually good steel.
The base contains ~18% chromium and ~8% nickel — verified by ICP-OES testing. Low carbon and sulfur mean fewer structural weak points. This is a real material spec, not a vibes-based marketing claim. We have the reports if you want to get nerdy.
