We'll replace it with a bed of comparable size and build, at our discretion, so you're never left without coverage.

All Epic Gardening raised garden beds purchased after July 23, 2026 are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty extends to beds manufactured for Epic Gardening and purchased directly from Epic Gardening or its authorized retailers. Beds must be assembled and used per the included instructions, and placed on level, stable ground appropriate for the bed's size and soil load.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser — the first person to buy the Bed from Epic Gardening or an authorized retailer — of Epic Raised Garden Beds purchased after July 23, 2026, who is located in the United States. It's valid only for as long as the Bed is owned by that original purchaser, is not transferable, and requires proof of purchase (please retain your receipt).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in a Bed, including: structural failure of a panel, corner bracket, or connector under normal residential use and soil/plant loads; premature perforation, cracking, or splitting of a panel not caused by impact, misuse, or external damage; coating or finish failure directly resulting from a manufacturing defect (as opposed to environmental exposure — see Exclusions); and any manufacturing defect in the assembly of Bed hardware included at purchase.

This warranty doesn't cover: preference-based returns (satisfaction-based returns within 120 days of delivery are governed by the separate 120-Day Garden Bed Trial policy); normal surface rust, weathering, or cosmetic patina that doesn't affect structural integrity; physical damage from impact, improper assembly, unauthorized modification, or use outside the Bed's intended purpose; damage from extreme or corrosive soil amendments, fertilizers, chemicals, or coastal/marine salt air exposure; damage from placement on an unstable, unlevel, or unsupportive surface; Beds sold by unauthorized resellers; and Beds sold "as-is," "open box," "reconditioned," "used," "returned," or under similar language indicating the Bed isn't new or was previously owned or used by another consumer.

Epic Gardening's sole and exclusive liability — and the Original Purchaser's sole remedy under this Limited Lifetime Warranty — is, at Epic Gardening's option, to repair or replace the defective Bed or component, subject to the Purchaser Responsibilities below.

To make a claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, the Original Purchaser must submit photographic evidence of the Defect and proof of original purchase date to Epic Gardening customer support. If Epic Gardening determines, in its sole discretion, that the claim is valid, it will ship a replacement Bed or component at no cost within the non-prorated period, or at the applicable prorated charge after that period. Epic Gardening will make reasonable efforts to process claims promptly, though timing may vary by case.

Epic Gardening warrants the Bed against defects in material and workmanship set forth below ("Defects") for the full period of the Original Purchaser's ownership and use, from the Original Purchase Date, when the Bed is assembled and used normally for its intended purpose.

Years 1-5: Non-Prorated Coverage

For the first 5 years from the Original Purchase Date, the Bed is warranted against non-excluded Defects in workmanship or materials. During this time, Epic Gardening will repair or replace any defective Bed or Bed component at no cost to the Original Purchaser.

Years 6-End of Ownership: Prorated Coverage

From year 6 through the remainder of the Original Purchaser's ownership, Epic Gardening will replace the Bed at a prorated charge as follows:

Any replacement will be of the same model and size as the original Bed. If a model is discontinued, a Bed of comparable build and design, at Epic Gardening's discretion, will be used as a replacement. Replaced or repaired Beds are subject to this same Limited Lifetime Warranty, with the warranty term continuing to run from the Original Purchase Date.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

If you purchased your Bed in California, you have additional rights under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act (California Civil Code §§ 1790-1795.8) and other applicable California law. The following applies to California purchasers:

• Implied warranties on the Bed are not waived or disclaimed. To the extent required by California law, implied warranties - including the implied warranty of merchantability - apply to your Bed for the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.
• If the Bed cannot be repaired or replaced to conform to this Limited Lifetime Warranty after a reasonable number of repair or replacement attempts, you may be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, less a reasonable allowance for use, under California law.
• Nothing in this Limited Lifetime Warranty is intended to limit, modify, or waive any rights you have under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act or any other applicable California statute.

Epic Gardening is committed to resolving warranty disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a dispute arising out of this Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact us first at customerservice@epicgardening.com so we have an opportunity to resolve your concern informally. Epic Gardening will use reasonable efforts to respond within 30 days of receiving your written description of the dispute.

If your dispute is not resolved within 60 days of your initial written contact, you may pursue any legal remedy available to you, including but not limited to pursuing your rights under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. § 2301 et seq.). Nothing in this Limited Lifetime Warranty limits your right to bring a warranty claim in a court of competent jurisdiction or to pursue any rights available to you under applicable federal or state law.

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY IS EPIC GARDENING'S EXCLUSIVE WRITTEN WARRANTY FOR THE BED AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES - INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE - ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD APPLICABLE TO YOUR BED AS SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EPIC GARDENING OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE BED OR ITS USE, WHETHER UNDER THEORY OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), INDEMNITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. EPIC GARDENING'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY WILL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE BED GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
