How long does my bed stay covered?
Your Epic bed is covered for as long as you own it. The first 5 years are fully covered at no cost, and coverage continues at a reduced rate after that for the life of your ownership.
How do I file a claim?
Send us a photo of the issue along with your proof of purchase, and our team will take it from there.
What if my model is discontinued?
We'll replace it with a bed of comparable size and build, at our discretion, so you're never left without coverage.
