Cold-rolled steel base. 55% aluminum / 36% zinc alloy barrier. Primer. Finish coat baked at 240°C. It passed ASTM B117 salt spray testing - the same standard used for industrial outdoor gear. Your garden has weather. We planned for it.

The base contains ~18% chromium and ~8% nickel - verified by ICP-OES testing. Low carbon and sulfur mean fewer structural weak points. This is a real material spec, not a vibes-based marketing claim. We have the reports if you want to get nerdy.
