Started this flower last year outside in February, it only had foliage. This year I’m enjoying the blooms.

The seeds did take a while to germinate. Maybe because it is cold now. I direct sowed 1/3 of the packet and only 3 has come up. Didn’t give them any treatment.

I sowed these Violet Queen Salvia seeds indoors on 2/2/25 and it's 2/5/25 and most the the cells have emergence. That's 2.5 days! Crazy quick for salvia. We'll see how it goes as the season progresses. Hoping for decent blooms on first year plants.
