WHY ARE THEY ALL BLUE OR PURPLE?

I PLANTED FIVE PACKAGES WITH PICTURES OF DIFFERENT COLORED SWEET PEAS. SO FAR, ALL THAT HAVE GROWN TO FLOWER ARE BLUE OR PURPLE? IS THIS AN ISSUE OF PACKAGING, GERMINATION, OR WHAT?

    Hey Thomas,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts in a review. It’s worth noting that flower colors can sometimes vary for natural reasons, even when the seeds themselves are healthy. For example, soil conditions may influence the way blooms develop, similar to how hydrangeas can change color depending on soil pH and mineral content. In addition, shifts in weather or temperature, such as heatwaves or sudden cold snaps, can also affect pigment formation, leading to unexpected or muted flower colors.

Nevertheless, I've reached out to you via email to offer assistance. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are committed to ensuring your experience is positive. Thank you once again for your input. Keep on growing 🌻️

I work at an establishment that sells BI seeds. I bought them for a customer who was disappointed that we hadn't restocked the variety she needed when she needed them. I paid for expedited shipping to help her feel less inconvenienced. They arrived a day later than USPS predicted. I truly hope they met her needs and expectations.

As the description promised, Early Multiflora produced a good variety of colors for me, including a mauve/blue that I rarely see in these types of mixes. This blend, although considered heirloom, wasn't as potent in fragrance as some of the other heirloom blends, but it was still pleasantly perfumed. A well-rounded diversity of blooms. I will definitely be buying these again in years to come.

These seeds did not produce well for me. The few flowers that did produce were only white ones. Will not be planting sweet peas again.
