Product Details

Brandywines have been favored by tomato lovers for more than 100 years. Fruits often weigh around a pound but can weigh close to 2 pounds! 'Yellow Brandywine' turns golden yellow when ripe, with a balance of sweet and tart; 'Red Brandywine' has a rich, well-balanced tomato flavor. Red seeds are stained with organic coloring to indicate the red tomato, while the yellow tomato seeds are their natural color.

Not sure if this seedling is well...the leaves have sort of a purplish under tone (I covered them up because we have had some sporadic 40ish F nighttime temperature). It's very unique as far as the leaf structure. I am looking forward to seeing it mature!

One of the first tomato's I have given a shot at growing and had amazing success. I had planted some in the grown and some in pots and both make amazing tasting large tomato's. Definitely will grow theses again.

    Amazing and pretty easy!

They grew so happily and were one of the last tomato's to keep producing at the end of summer! (They survived the random bug I’ve never seen before) of the 5 varieties I grew. The yellow ones lived up to the hype. I was fighting off my father in law who only eats the yellow ones.

    Hey Leela,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our Brandywine Red & Yellow Blend Pole Tomato Seeds! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that they grew so happily and were one of the last varieties still producing at the end of summer - that's exactly what we love to hear! It sounds like they really proved their resilience by surviving that mystery bug too!

We're cracking up about you having to fight off your father-in-law for those yellow tomatoes! Those yellow Brandywines really do live up to the hype with their incredible flavor. Sounds like you might need to plant even more next season to keep everyone happy! Thank you for choosing us and for sharing your growing success with us. Keep on growing 🌻️
