The first pack I received had a lot of crushed seeds in it. I was promptly sent a replacement pack. There were only 10 seeds so I've really babied them. I got about 5-6 to germinate and they are still alive, but still very tiny. Doing my best to nurture them to full size. I usually have tremendous success with Celosia, so my struggle with these surprised me.

Sometimes even our favorite varieties can be a bit finicky and test our gardening skills. It sounds like you're doing everything right by giving those 5-6 seedlings the extra care they need.
Celosia can sometimes be slow starters, especially when they're young, but once they get established they often take off beautifully. Your patience and nurturing approach will definitely pay off.
