    Adorable

Just the cutest little bok choy! Super fast growing and tasted great sautéed with some soy sauce and garlic. YUM! ZERO pests even though aphids and armyworms absolutely murdered my nearby spinach, romaine, kale and arugula.

    Hey Helen,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with our Toy Choy Bok Choy Seeds! We love hearing that they lived up to their adorable name and grew super fast for you. It sounds like that sautéed dish with soy sauce and garlic was absolutely delicious! What's even more impressive is how pest-resistant they were - it's amazing that the aphids and armyworms left your bok choy completely alone while going after your other greens. That's such a great testament to how hardy these little guys can be! Thanks for sharing your growing success with us. Keep on growing 🌻️

These Toy Choy Bok Choy's are so adorable! Five days before Thanksgiving in the Atlanta area and I am harvesting these. They are great in stir fry and salads. I will be using these in a spicy tofu soup. They grow very compact so you could do these in a container or half whiskey barrel planter. I will be planting these minis and the larger Choko Bok Choy again in the spring.

I direct seeded these Toy Bok Choy seeds about 30 days ago in my fall/winter garden in Atlanta (7a). Germination was excellent and I am looking forward to using these adorable little bok choys in some of my plant based cooking. This toy variety of Bok Choy will be in my 2025 spring/summer garden along with the larger Choko Bok Choy.

Same thing happened with my toy choy seeds as with my rapini. These seedlings appeared within a week of planting the seeds, but they haven't grown since, and that was 3 weeks ago! I live in southeastern AZ, zone 8/9, and the soil dries out very quickly, so I am misting them daily, and they are getting at least 6 hours of sunlight. Any idea what I should do? They're in expensive Epson organic potting soil, $35 a bag. So what now?
