White Russian kale is a relatively new variety introduced by Wild Garden Seeds in 1994. This white-ribbed cross between Red Russian and Siberian kale grows super-sweet in cool weather and is frost-tolerant. Harvest young for baby greens, or allow it to mature for full-sized and delicious kale!
