Product Details

This baby bok choy or pak choi tolerates heat, so you can grow it all summer. Harvest at 4" tall for delicate, crisp, and pleasantly mild-flavored leaves. An indispensible stir-fry ingredient, also try it fresh or marinated for salads, or make baby bok choy kimchi. The uniform, green leaves look beautiful when grown alongside flowers. Great for containers, too!

Love this Bok Choy Choko in my fall garden. I planted seeds Sept 3 in the Atlanta area and am harvesting plump bok choy plants 50 days later - just as the seed packet says. I will be growing these again in the spring for sure.

I buy most of my edibles from BI and Rareseeds. These plants are BI: lacinto kale and choko bok choy, and snowball cauliflower. There’s also milk bok choy and shanghai green choy from rareseeds. These are all 8 weeks old transplants placed 10/12 in CA 9b. ❤️
