Most often eaten raw in salads but also steamed or added raw to many other dishes such as pizza. Tender baby greens are ready in 20– 28 days, at 2"–4" tall. Also a good container variety.

This arugula has been a star in our coastal Maine (zone 6) garden for several years. We haven't had much snow this year, but it has been cold with months of overnight lows in the teens or twenties. The arugula self-seeded in early fall and is still growing, despite the freezing temps and snow. I harvested enough for a salad on 2/12/2024!
