Product Details

Bring long-lasting, pastel charm to your garden and vase. The stems can reach 18" long, and the papery texture of the flowers adds a unique trait to dried flower arrangements and crafts. Grows well in coastal areas; Cotton Candy Blend doesn't need a cool period for flowering like other statice.

First time growing statice! Will definitely be growing for every year to come. Beautiful filler flower and easy to grow! Crazy how they look like a weed.

The germination was great, but the color is yellow instead of pink or lavender. So far every plant that has bloomed is yellow.

Started these inside February 28th, all had germinated by March 5th. Very impressed with the vigor of this plant from seedling through maturity. Tons of stems and blooms, way more shades than expected. So far I've had bold blue purple, soft lavender (not pictured), soft pink, rosy pink, white, and even an apricot color. I really didn't even try with these, planted them out by a bunch of weeds because I don't have much garden space in full sun and they have thrived wherever I placed them. Even the one I left in its starter pot outside for weeks after I planted the others is flowering!

This statice germinated and grew very well. It was my first time growing it and I was very pleased. My only quibble is that all the plants….All of them, were dark purple and yellow. The purple was fine, but I was expecting pinks and light purples, so it was a bit of a surprise.
