Mineral Boost: Azomite Powder

AZOMITE is a natural mineral powder product mined in central Utah. This unique mineral deposit was formed when an ancient volcano erupted with its ash settling into a prehistoric seabed, creating a complex mineral composition. It’s ideal for blending with other fertilizer materials and amendments as a trace mineral resource to help meet complete plant nutritional needs, and is an economical way to fortify and re-mineralize soils, composts, and potting mediums.

• Vegetable Gardens & Flower Beds: To prepare new gardens, apply 1-2 lbs per 10 square feet and thoroughly mix into the top 3” of garden soil in spring or fall. For new transplants, add 1-2 tsp per hole, mix into soil and water in well.
• Containers: For new plantings, add 1-2 tbsp per gallon of soil and mix thoroughly OR add 0.5-1 lb per cubic yard. For established plants, lightly mix 1-2 tsp per gallon into the soil surface every other month during the growing season.
• Trees, Shrubs, & Vines: Spread 1 lb per 2″ of trunk diameter around the base outwards to the drip line, mix into soil surface and water in well. For grapes, apply ½-1 lb around each plant and thoroughly mix into soil. For new trees, prepare transplant hole and mix 4-8 oz with the backfill soil. Use the amended soil to fill in around the new tree and water in well.
• Row Crops/Acreage: Apply 75-150 lbs per acre initially, followed by annual maintenance applications of 50-100 lbs per acre or according to specific crop needs and soil quality.

• Rich in Trace Minerals: Azomite contains a broad spectrum of over 70 trace minerals and elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, and iron. These minerals are essential for plant health and growth, helping to improve overall plant vigor and productivity.
