Very heat tolerant, the soft buttery leaves will grow well into warm weather without getting bitter. Contains more vitamins A and C than grocery-store lettuce! Attractive container variety, too. Red Sails is a vigorous and very easy to grow lettuce. I place them here and there around the greenhouse in any vacant spot I have available.
