GardenStraw Organic is a value-packed, 3 cu. ft. bag of pre-cleaned and pre-shredded certified organic wheat straw straight from the prairies of Canada. In contrast to many locally-sourced straws, GardenStraw Organic is:

  • Clean - The all-natural cleaning process leaves the straw virtually seed and dust-free, filtered for any impurities.
  • Consistent - Pre-shredded and split, it's a consistent texture and length for easy application.
  • Convenient - One bag of GardenStraw Organic covers 100 sq. ft. at least 2"-3" deep.
  • Note: even with HealthiStraw’s thorough and natural process, occasional wheat seeds may sneak through and sprout in your garden. Unlike grass and weeds, once the wheat seedling is removed it won’t regrow and you will continue to experience the lasting full benefits of straw mulch – water conservation, weed control and soil health.

Shipping & Returns

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Epic Gardening order. If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, our Epic Gardening support team (customerservice@epicgardening.com) is here to help you. 

Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days:

All products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date- as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return or exchange. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label for the return package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved.

If you requested a refund then you will then be automatically refunded via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

If you requested an exchange, we will process a replacement order after we receive your return. We will automatically email you the tracking details once the exchange item(s) have shipped.

Returns After 30 Days:

You are able to return products after 30 days of the delivery date; however, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label for the return package- please note that the cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved.

You will then be automatically refunded (minus the cost of the shipping return label) via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Damage, Defects, and Missing Pieces:

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect fully for any issues, defects, or damage. If you notice that something is wrong with your order on arrival- such as pieces are missing or a product is damaged- please contact us immediately and send photos to customerservice@epicgardening.com.
