Just OK product…customer service isn’t great with this company. Disappointed.

Purchased the kit with one bucket and a bag of bran. All arrived fine, but the bucket seems flimsy for $100. The worst part is that my bokashi bran arrived moist and smelly, and I’ve been going back and forth with customer service about the issue for days. A super reputable company would have just said “so sorry let us make this right and send you a replacement bag” but not these folks. Ended up buying a bag from another company…so wasted my money with this site and product. Very disappointing.

Happy to have another way to compost kitchen scraps, and a source of fertilizer for the houseplants and deck plants. Very easy to use, although I have a little bit of difficulty removing the inner bucket for cleaning. The cream color is nice for my house.

I’m certified as a Master Composter in Texas…have 9 compost bins/bays and 2 solar digesters. But, because I can never make enough compost for my garden and perennial beds, I was interested in adding bokashi to to my arsenal…and in only 8 days, I’ve got an enough bokashi liquid to dilute and use as plant food. I’m really pleased so far! The container is only half full and I’m looking forward to adding the fermented organic material to garden beds in a month or so.

Absolutely love them. No smell and looks great. I am waiting to see how it turns into compost in a few months after I added pre import in the soil.

It's big enough to where it takes a few days to fill it for a family of 3, which is nice. It's made from two nested plastic containers, though. It feels kind of flimsy.
