EZ-CLONE® Clear Rez is a pH-balanced, noninvasive water treatment designed to keep all of the internal workings of your cloning system crystal clear and operating at peak performance. It is designed to be used throughout your entire cloning cycle as a possible preventive measure for a multitude of problems in your reservoir. It is suitable for all Hydroponic, Aeroponic, and Soil applications.

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Epic Gardening order. If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, our Epic Gardening support team (customerservice@epicgardening.com) is here to help you. 

Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days:

All products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date- as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping label.

Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return or exchange. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label for the return package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved.

If you requested a refund then you will then be automatically refunded via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s). Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

If you requested an exchange, we will process a replacement order after we receive your return. We will automatically email you the tracking details once the exchange item(s) have shipped.

Returns After 30 Days:

You are able to return products after 30 days of the delivery date; however, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please reach out to our support team at customerservice@epicgardening.com with the subject line [Order # Return] and let us know which items you’d like to return. You will then receive a pre-paid shipping label for the return package- please note that the cost of this shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether or not your return is approved.

Damage, Defects, and Missing Pieces:

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect fully for any issues, defects, or damage. If you notice that something is wrong with your order on arrival- such as pieces are missing or a product is damaged- please contact us immediately and send photos to customerservice@epicgardening.com.
